To register and maintain an Account on i8my, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
i8my reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age and identity compliance. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any funds wagered by an underage user may be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on i8my at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. i8my reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify i8my immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. i8my will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Members are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Using a strong, unique password and not sharing your account credentials with any third party is a minimum expectation of account security on i8my.

All Accounts on i8my are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are settled natively in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. i8my does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses issued by i8my are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount (or winnings derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed). Qualifying wagers for wagering requirement purposes must be placed on eligible games or markets as specified per promotion. Certain game categories (e.g., low-margin table games, excluded live dealer titles) may not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment, or may contribute at a reduced rate.
i8my takes bonus abuse seriously. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, associated winnings, and/or permanent account suspension:
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses that are not claimed, activated, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is defined as the first real-money deposit made into an Account following registration, meeting the stated minimum deposit threshold. Members who have previously held an Account on the Platform — whether under the same or different credentials — are not eligible for the new member welcome bonus.
All bets placed on i8my are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all wager details — including selection, stake amount, odds, and market — prior to confirmation. i8my will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of Member error unless system errors or technical faults are identified.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game, and per market. These limits may vary by game type, event, membership tier, and are displayed at the point of wagering. i8my reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members where unusual betting patterns are detected.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game or bet, i8my reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets. i8my will not be liable for any losses incurred due to technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
Members must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed herein may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:
i8my maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Where any such activity is suspected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Member.
i8my reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or unusual account activity that warrants investigation.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds held in the Account may be withheld until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, i8my reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds held in the Account.
A Member may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting i8my's customer support team via live chat. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure, provided the account is in good standing and all conditions for withdrawal are met.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all bonus balances, loyalty points, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Member (less any sums legitimately withheld) via the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond i8my's reasonable control may cause service interruptions. In such cases, i8my will use reasonable efforts to restore service in a timely manner but shall not be liable for any resulting loss.
Where i8my's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
i8my collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
i8my does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by i8my's operational jurisdiction.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
